An afternoon in...

.... Gloucester.

We arrived at Lucy's about midday, had a cuppa and a sandwich before we headed off to Gloucester. A few heavy showers on the way but luckily the rain held off for the rest of the day. Mr C went off to Kingsholme, home to Gloucester rugby club, and was delighted that Quinn's beat them... only just. Lucy and I wandered down to the docks and had a look around the shops at the quays, a coffee stop then a wander back to the cathedral before we met up with Mr C. Then a little drive to a lovely country pub called The Gloucester Old Spot where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.
