Just Fishing....

I was daft enough to head out this morning in the pouring rain! I got soaked just walking from the entrance to Trentham Gardens to the cafe. But for the rest of the time I was out it just drizzled.

I followed this heron as it moved down one side of the lake looking for food. I didn't dare move over the grassy bank for fear of disturbing it.

I visited dad this afternoon. He seems to have recovered from his water infection and was more mobile than usual. More doctors visit later in the week....
