Chick chick

I'm critter sitting this wknd. While I was collecting eggs, a chicken ran across my foot (I was wearing flip flops) ouch! I dropped one of the eggs and they vultured on it! Gone in the time it took me to blink! Ick! I've decided I don't want chickens. They smell and are too dirty for backyard critters. Plus my dog would give them heart attacks by chasing ...or have a meal, haha! That wouldn't be funny if it actually happened though.
Hope everyone had a good wknd...all my plans changed due to some family members that can't seem to get their lives together. I'm going to start going out by myself.
