Stormy weather!

The past 24 hours have been somewhat exciting. We've had huge thunder storms rolling through. Three during the night last night and a couple more today. Huge lightning bolts and deafening thunder claps. About 5:15 am, we had a huge lightning strike, followed instantly by an extremely loud clap of thunder. It was right over us. But, it missed us, and passed over without mishap. About three good downpours of rain, which we badly needed. Then, again this afternoon they rolled through again. I do enjoy a good thunder storm, but the lightning is quite scary. But, as far as I know, there has been no damage. Now it is much cooler and not so dry as it has been. Great sleeping weather!
