Life Is Better With A Smile

Spent all day at a workshop, great fun, learned a lot.  The workshop was run by Donna Ratcliff one of Sheena Douglass's design team.  We were using Sheena's new Create a Flower dies.  The main picture is a mixed media canvas, using pink acrylic paint, PVA glue and white gesso on the canvas to create a crackled background, which was then stamped.  The sunflower petals were die cut then coloured with Aquatint inks.  Then after lunch we made large wired paper flowers, again using the dies and Aquatints.  I have included the Daffodil as an extra.
