Skiing

Sunday skiing, so checked the forecast, please be closed. But, as usual the mountain is open with a less than perfect report and forecast. Oh well, you have to go, and it's Sundays lessons, so yep, Adam has to go!

I did my usual, 2 coffees in the café, caught up with all matters skiing, and then headed out at 10.30. The spots of rain had disappeared, the cloud had mostly gone and the snow was soft. Excellent skiing.

Lunch at 12, with friends who were up, and then spent several hours on the beginners slopes, helping their kids get the hang of it. They did, and they went well. Adams best mate.

Then, after they left at 3, Adam and I did several loops to the top and back. I loved it, snow off trail was perfect, just a heavy and slightly silky form of powder. But not every ones cup of tea, and not Adams.

Yep, home to back blip the entire week (have to do it sometime) and then away again much of next week. I really do need a week at home to catch up!
