Soothing

Extremely wet and cold today. Didn't run because nobody seemed very motivated, and also because my masseur thinks the massages will be more beneficial if I don't. So I am trying to be sensible, which is driving me crazy of course,

Just had email from my parents who have jusr arrived in Lanzarote where it is warm and sunny.
