No I am not...

... a Humpback whale.  I am a Cirl Bunting and just as exciting as I am only seen in the South West particularly the South Devon coast in the UK.  I was spotted whilst H was whale watching for a humpback whale which has been gracing the coastline, feasting on herring, ten minutes away from where she lives!

Three beautiful things:

Getting down to Slapton for a couple of hours late afternoon/early evening to walk the dogs and see if I could spot the whale.  A brief glimpse but no photograph, however a stunning display of Gannets also feasting on the Herring, as well as a porpoise and a couple of seals.  I am truly rich.

Some stunning rainbows this evening with the end of one on the beach just yards in front of me. Magical.

Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

One thing to be grateful for:
Working closer to home today to be able to do all of this.
