Insurance shambles

We had to make a couple of claims last year. One due to debris on the motorway, the other because of my bad driving. The insurance auto-renewed last month. Now the broker is on the phone saying we didn't tell them about the claims ;)

It's technically true, of course. I'm not at all sure whether the claims went to the broker first or not, and there's no point getting forensic about it. They want another ninety quid, which is fair enough. And I now have one more reason to insist on renewing manually.
