Creek Line
Out to Tarana with Trisharooni for lunch at the pub - at 11am before everyone lobbed in. Gorgeous countryside - I do love the bald colourless domes of hills, and the leafless trees along the more strongly coloured creeklines at the lowest points.
We then zipped back to Lithgow to go to the exhibition of old trade union banners at the Lithgow Mine Museum. I was a bit mmmm about it, but Trish, quite rightly said, you wait and see.
She was right -they were stunning - huge things hoisted up high in the old warehouse. Shall take Mum and Mark when they are next up - will be there for the month of September.
Alex (eldest daughter) arriving this afternoon and here overnight!
