A hitch or an opportunity

We agreed to the sale of our house without it even being on the market , but yesterday it fell through. It's disappointing as the purchaser had hoped to have completed last weekend . Just very pragmatic about it all ,whatever will be will be,however do feel sorry for both our purchaser.
