Birthday boy

A family and friends lunch to celebrate C's 70th birthday. His daughter made the cake which had to have a cricket theme as he is a fanatic follower of Hampshire CC. His young grandson was not too impressed with the green icing.
It was a good celebration tinged with sadness as it is unlikely he will see his next one. Life can be very cruel sometimes.
