Backblip

Hired bikes and cycled along the canal du midi to Chateau Canet, a local vineyard. Got a tour then had some wine and olives to taste. They were quite generous tasters and I'm not sure how fit for cycling I really was after! Bought some stuff for a picnic by the canal then cycled back to Carcassonne, was lovely but my backside hurt! Just not used to cycling at the moment.
