Orchha. Amar Mahal Heritage Hotel

We are in Orchha for one night. It is a beautiful little town only just developing its tourist industry. It has 25 temples and a wonderful fort which if it had money spent on would be something like Alhambra in Granada.

We are staying in this attractive Heritage hotel built in 2003! Odd, I thought the building had to be old to classify as heritage. But they have got this status on their architecture and attention to historic detail. If you look carefully you can see some of the temples beyond the hotel's walkways.
