Texture Fun #1

I rescued this hellebore from one of my pots yesterday morning after it'd been battered by the wind and rain over the past week.

I added a texture that I got free ages ago from either Design Cuts or French Kiss and had a little play with GIMP. I rather like it and think I'll be playing some more this week as the forecast is wet, wet, wet!

I've finished two books both crime, one set in the Lake District and one in Cananda. I'm mulling over the reviews that will be up on my book blog this week. I received a book in the post this morning from Real Readers, 'The Night Market' by Daniel Pembrey. I really enjoyed the first one in this series and I'm delighted that I was picked to review this new one.
