Misty Sunrise

The dogs demanded an early morning patrol today, a not so welcome opportunity to capture this. The early morning mist was quite dense as you can see.

Yesterday I finished harvesting here, cutting what was left of the buckwheat and even the rye which was left earlier in the season. The buckwheat yield was slightly lower than I was hoping for but the lupins yielded a little under 4 tonnes which I'm quite happy with. I'm even more pleased that there wasn't much 'lebioda' which is 'pigweed' in English I think. Last year its small damp seeds required sieving out.

I managed to finish in time for us to attend a very nice party at the neighbours.
All the Fs worked very hard to end the party season in style.
