That's what it looks like.
It was a quick morning stretch with the boys at Achaderry before a desk day. I felt very sore and stiff when moving from the desk. I think the answer may be to just spend the day walking.

I was home quite late last night and posted my blip hastily; and thank you for the kind comments. I looked at it again this affternoon and it came back from the chemist looking more like what I saw at the time. Perhaps wasteful with an extra but it is added again here also.
