Sea Dog

Nice day so I went down to Musselburgh and walked back along the beach to Portobello.  It's very popular with dog walkers.  Some (of the dogs!) were cooling off in the sea. This one was almost surfing! 
 had another good run - 52mins.  Quicker than yesterday although I felt sluggish - much just be getting fitter!
