Blow my mind....

Off to Yoga Philosophy class tonight, 3 of 10 weekly classes. These photos of colourful heads is exactly how i feel when learning Eastern religion/ philosophy. It is fascinating but so multi-layered, deep and rich in history, so much to remember! Good day in the office with my Tuesday amazing lunch break yoga followed by an afternoon physio session on my 4 month long tennis elbow....progress is being made!
