Jungle time

Late afternoon sun descends leaving warm glow across garden.  Quite a contrast to the disctinctly cooler morning we had this morning.  Stems of flowers past their best make the garden look like a jungle.  What lurks within?  I'm not sure, but I'm beginning to see a lot of gardening ahead to tidy up the early autumn beds.  

Love and thoughts to friends and others caught up in the terrible floods that have ravaged parts of Auckland and the Coromandel overnight.  Hope you're all safe and damage is limited.
