Bread and butter pudding

After two very productive days of writing in my cosy cabin, this evening I treated myself to a meal at the local pub, the Angel Inn in Larling and washed it down with a couple of pints of Adnams Best Bitter. Unusually for me, I even went for afters - a delicious bread and butter pudding liberally doused with thick yellow custard. Lovely! I'm heading back home early tomorrow morning.
