It is extraordinary how strong plants can be; growing through the concrete and asphalt and become so pretty.
It was a work day for me, but the sisters organized a painter and bought paint, because the poor guy just has a bicycle to get around with. But we have seen his previous paint job, which was good, so hopefully this will turn out well too.
