Car park on a grand scale

I was working at West Lothian College this afternoon. After a desperate and eventually successful search for my own parking space, I spotted this very grand multi storey car park in the distance. I was intruiged by the very splendid domes on the top of it - the saying, "you can't make a silk purse from a sow"s ear" comes to mind. I would have preferred the honesty of a good old multi-storey car park
