14 years ago we got engaged.
Today we walked one kilometer for each year and one additional for good luck.

Seriously, we hiked the route of our own "mountain" (we're 140 meters above seas level). This monte used to be a reef some years ago. Apparently you can see that if you know what to look for.

We hiked the whole 13.5 kilometers and a little bit more to get to the route and back home. Views weren't as spectacular as from the mountain hikes, but it was good enough. The prettiest part was when the path went along one of our canyons.

So PR-CV 61 (pequeño recorrido Communintat Valenciana) completed! Good signage all the way. Few points were we had to walk a little bit of each way to see where the signs continue, but did not get lost. There's actually pretty much different routes going zigzag in this area so the hardest part was to stay on the right route.

As there happens to be an opened bottle of cava in the fridge, I'll have some in honor of our 14 years ago made decision. A good one I'd say :-)
