Adopt A Box

There is some talk in the village about adopting this box and using it to store an emergency defibrillator. But also wondering if it's better to have an emergency phone.
I would hope that if someone was in the village and desperately needed a phone (no mobile signal!), they would knock on someone's door.
Anyway, I'm leaving it to other people to investigate.
