Salt and pepper

One of the Carers who come in to help with one of the sisters brought her a present of salt and pepper for her dinner tray think she was in Jamaica it was a cruise. It was so windy here today nothing would stand still for me!
Sorry I am behind commenting because had to go to the hospital to visit the sister who fell the other day she has 4 broken ribs she is 87!
