New Drains

It was great to finally have a dry day today.  So it was out to the side of the house for me, digging down into the clay to run the new drain pipes for the gutter on the utility room.  I managed to get the main run of pipes joined up before the end of the day.  The forecast is for rain tonight so I wanted to get as much done as I could.  Tomorrow should see the field drain going in along with the stones to allow any water to flow away without a problem.
 
I now have pains in places that I didn’t realise that you had muscles that could hurt.  Mrs F’s answer to that was to take two paracetamol and have a warm bath.
