Dangerous

Felt pretty dreadful today...wish I could have stayed at home but had to go in for a teleconference (at least that saved a trip to Glasgow) and then, mercifully, a meeting was cancelled so I could plough on through the last of the promotions paperwork.
Seminar with DH later-haven't seen him for so long-then a dash to Dangerous Women end of project event with book group and others to celebrate International Women's Day. Some good talks but I had to dash off before the end to go to dinner with DH and various people from the department. Lots of animated discussion (with some interesting stuff about bees!), but i was very pleased to get to bed-finally!
