Rock and Stream

Today was spent having a BBQ with fantastic friends near the mountains and greenery. Meat, the final vestiges of the summer heat, and a little to drink were the key to opening up the heart again. Allowing the streams to flow and soften the edges of the rocks, it was the kind of cathartic wave of warm positivity that washes away the stress; keeping the demons at bay.
