Something odd in the view? We are in Baku! You heard about the traffic in this city? Oooh, it is ... yes, it is a pretty mess in general!
Lately it has been even worse for the cars as many main roads are completely blocked for new asphalt and for repairs. For people enjoying to walk around it has been just marvelous ... but also quite risky as although there should not be any cars or motorcyclists the traffic rules in this country are not followed.. or they are only made for expats (who get fines if driving slightly (10cm) over the middle line).
