Of the lemon cake variety that is. It's the amazing Mary Berry's recipe and it is scrummy if I do say so myself.

Best cake I've made in ages.

Had a loverly day catching up with the uni girls yesterday however I had to leave early as I had a bad head brewing!
The drive home was excruciating even though it was only 20 mins it felt like hours. Took myself to bed when I got in and feel a million times better today.
But I do still have this random bad stomach it's been a week now think I may have to concede defeat and go to the doctors!
