Don't you hate it...

... when you have days of desperately hunting down a blip and then one day you can't choose??

Ma is still a handful so not had a chance to get out and about again. Thankfully it was mizzley this morning which left behind lots of water droplets. I picked this one, but there's a heap more here.

Slow roast lamb, yorkies, roasties, carrots, cauli, cheesy leeks and then banoffee pie for pud. It's nice to cook for an appreciative audience for a change :)
