Doing stand up
I'll be working in stand up (mode) from now on ;-)
My new standing desk was setup today. It has an electric motor so I can raise it up to stand or lower it and sit. Intention is to help my back. Research in the UK has shown standing at your desk for 3-4 hours instead of sitting increases metabolism.
Back in the day when I was a practicing architect I always stood at the drawing board.
The blip shows the desk for standing and the extra is the desk for sitting.
