Papas 70th!

We were out for lunch at the Arms today and I had a lovely big plate of scampi. As s result dinner was not needed as much so I took the opportunity to finish the aloo gobi off from Monday but I added s bit of poached salmon for variety and I needed it out of the fridge before we head off for papas birthday weekend ...
