Chicken

Sebastien led his chicken down the sidewalk (and side-street here) all the way to lunch at Le Pain Quotidien. Then he led her through Washington Square to show her the fountain and the eternal flame on the way back.

He got so many smiles and comments from the passers-by. Even those who looked dour and tired broke into a semi-smile when they saw him. Surprise wooden chicken encounters will do that to people...
