Brussels

I didn't mean to make a political comment today, it's merely a vegetable blip, and an emergency one, at that.

I sent The Man off today to play with his brother. They were intending visiting a garden centre then doing some gardening. I called in as I was passing to give them something for their tea.

Not only was I rewarded by having a nice quiet day on my own, The Bro-in-Law handed me a stem of brussels when I visited them. 

Ah! Just what I need. A blip!
