Careywood in Autumn

A wild autumn day and the wind she bloweth! I spent 3 hours on the mower doing the lawn yesterday and today it's adorned with golden leaves and small branches that have plummeted earthward.
The hydrangeas are looking beautiful in their autumn pastels , the last roses are intense with colour, the walnuts have begun to fall and the sedum varieties have had a spectacular season.
