Sad

I took a couple of night blips of the churchyard opposite our cadets hut last week. After a fairly busy week, I had some "me time" this morning and went back to have another look at some of the stones.
This one left me feeling so sad. The family lost 4 little ones between 1885 and 1890.

What must life have been like

My granddad was born in 1899 so its fairly recent history in that context.

The extra shows the churchyard. Its in need of a little TLC, I can smell a project for the cadets once the clocks change and the nights get lighter.
