A day of words

I went to the Words by the Water festival at Keswick to hear Rory Stewart talk about his walk across the Marches, the land between Scotland and England; he was charming. Then I heard Michael Rosen talk about his book about Emile Zola; he was delightful and very entertaining. Then I heard George Monbiot talk about 'How Did We Get Into This Mess?' which was thought-provoking. A grand day out!
