Ready to race

This is Kitty on the blocks at the Edinburgh International Swim Meet in the mixed IM waiting to do her leg for Glasgow Uni . It was brilliant to watch her do the butterfly. We haven't really been able to watch her swim since she went to uni, so it was lovely to see her in the water. All in all a fab day. I was off because I worked on Sunday so managed to go to the new Lidl at Craigmillar with mum and Susie, then Susie and I sneaked off for lunch before going to watch the swimming finals at the Commonwealth Pool. Three of Kitty's swim team came back for dinner making it nine round the table. Great fun. For a moment we wondered if we had made too much pizza, but no, it all got eaten.
