Busy and colourful

I believe this describes life on Mull.

I am always impressed by the way young people return or move here, find work, start businesses, build their own home and start a family. It's not easy, wages are probably well below the national average, the services are good but limited and transport mostly funded by the individual. However life is compensated with a good and safe life style, support of friends and family and an active community life. Generally I see most people looking happy. I hope so.

A visit to Tobermory for a hair cut x two, a late breakfast and some shopping for a meal with friends this evening. The sun is shining this afternoon, a mild day. A good weekend to you all.
