Rubbish Rant

Look I'm not knocking this if it works....

but to save money
my bin gets emptied fortnightly
the opening hours at the rubbish & recycling centre have been reduced

and today I sat in a car queue for 25 minutes to dispose of my waste properly

and they wonder why people are fly-tipping more than ever
