today i woke up mid dream which put me in a funny old mood. i decided that i needed to clear my buzzing head and get out of the house and so i headed to one of my favourite places for a bit of fresh air and escapism. after the usual navigational failures on getting there, i felt quite nervous as the last time i had visited i was struggling through a break up and wasn't sure what kind of emotions would be stirred. happily, it made me really glad to be back in one of my favourite places and it made me realise how much i had moved on with my life, i felt no sad thoughts at all and was relieved to feel positive :-) it was a great day to be at the beach and i feel so much better for getting off my butt and getting out to somewhere brilliant :-)
