Walking In The Rain

Out looking again for my blip opportunity today. It's been raining now for two days. I see this young man walking down the street with his umbrella. I turn around and go back and pull up beside him. Roll down my windown and said excuse me. He comes up to the window and I ask him if I could take his picture. I explain and he says, yes. The story here is that he is on his way to the library. His name is Osman. He is from Turkey, and is a 1st year PHD student studying here at the University of Illinois. He says he's been in the USA for 3 years now. He speaks English very well.
