Ide Hill Tea Room

Came here for tea and cake and to calm down after putting up traffic congestion warning signs for an orienteering event next Sunday and delivering the message to local residents who were very upset.  Spent ages on the phone with the planner of the courses to persuade her to make some last minute changes so that the traffic could go a different way. Sat in the tea room to wait for her to make her mind up.  She relented.  Returned to the angry residents to give them the good news,  took down my signs but forgot to take a photo of them.  Came home for wine.
