Whale meet ...

... again!  (Sorry couldn't resist)  So the Humpback Whale didn't disappoint those who returned this afternoon/evening to Slapton to see her.  She came in much closer at full high tide.  What has been lovely to see, is so many families coming down together to see something as incredible as this.

Three beautiful things:

A perfect Saturday consisting of kayaking from South Milton to Bigbury and back.  A very relaxed paddle with a cave to clamber in and explore too!

Spending the remainder of the day at Strete Gate with the dogs, watching the rich display of wildlife and rewarded with some great sightings of the humpback.  It very much reminded me of one of our rest days in Greenland last summer, spending the day sat watching out for whales and other wildlife.  A good place to be.
