Vehicles must be revered!

Thames Tideway Tunnels have put signs up telling us what they have done and left instructions that we mustn't revere any of their vehicles without supervision. I wonder why that is?

It is hard not to be jaded about the whole enterprise when they sold off much or their prime riverside real-estate and are now creating 30acres more by building into the river!
