Discovery

I discovered that my iPhone camera has been covered by this thin and slightly scratched plastic film which must have been attached to it since I bought it over two years ago. Now it is removed and I'm hoping for clearer shots maybe! ?

Walked at an increased pace today and ended up paying the price as I was shattered quite early on and in bed by about half nine!

Time to think about my diet a bit again as I've been eating lots of cheese recently and it shows, my focus on healthier foods need to be a priority from now on
