View from the choir

I spent a lot of the day in Winchester Cathedral today, first for rehearsals (when this picture was taken) and then for a concert in the evening.  Our choir was singing a piece as part of a mixed programme in the first half, then in the second half with other choirs, singers, orchestra etc in an hour long composition put together by June Boyce Tillman.  I have huge admiration for June, she is a wonderful woman with a great creative spirit and her musical projects are always a great experience to take part in.  It was a good day and the concert went well.
