Fool

The name of this Syrian dish which I learnt to make today. It's so delicious (tahin, lemon, yogurt, beans, cumin, garlic mainly). We had another crazy Sunday with our house full of people. It really was like Picadilly Circus and I increasingly think I'm going to lose it completely. Thankfully my Syrian friend took over cooking for dinner guests while I went to pick up a family from the camp. I'm so much happier when someone else does the cooking for local guests.
